Moulding

For the castings production, we have a total of 24 presses, 22 cold chamber and 2 hot chamber.

 

To supply quality castings and be competitive, we believe it is very important to have a modern machine fleet; we try to stay up to date with the times by continually updating our plants and equipping them with all the latest technology such as  closed-loop injection presses and vacuum technology.

All the presses are fully automated and feature a dispenser, lubricator, Asea ABB 6-axis articulated robot and thermostat for heating the mould.
